Steve Pressman, CPA

Steve Pressman, a co-managing partner, is among the highly skilled professionals in the Firm and has worked across industry and functionally lines in helping clients maximize benefits on both personal and business levels. Steve’s experience in the communications, manufacturing, wholesale, retail, nonprofit, healthcare, farming, construction and professional services industries is leveraged to provide clients with creative ideas and solutions.
Expertise in accounting and auditing, business and individual tax consulting, compliance, estate and individual financial planning is complemented by experience in business transactions including, litigation support, management consulting, negotiations, mergers, dispositions, acquisitions, private and public debt offerings. This expertise and experience resulted in Steve being the catalyst for the rapid growth the Firm experienced over the last thirty years.
A particular emphasis of Steve’s is to work with high net worth individuals and their families to provide the level of sophisticated investing, accounting and tax expertise they deserve and need. Steve along with the PCS staff have experience in providing reports on individual investments to ensure investment objectives are met and exceeded, accuracy in receiving investment income, dividend income, private equity distributions, transfers between accounts and various institutions, capital calls and preparation of personal cash flow reports.
Steve obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Temple University and is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.
Michelangelo Ciocca, CPA

Mike Ciocca is the partner-in-charge of the Accounting and Auditing team at Pressman Ciocca Smith and has developed his technical skills in all types of audits (SEC, ERISA, business, internal, nonprofit, agreed-upon-procedures) and review and compilation engagements. Mike leads the team in his commitment to providing proactive assistance with diverse and technical rules and regulations issued by the SEC and the Financial Accounting Standards Board.
Mike extensive experience in cable TV, broadcasting, communications, manufacturing, wholesale, retail, data conversion, recreational businesses, nonprofit organizations, health care, farming, professional services and construction is coupled with expertise in accounting, auditing, business consulting, compliance, fraud investigations, mergers, dispositions and acquisitions. Additionally, Mike is experienced in private and public debt offerings, due diligence and other financial services.
Mike graduated from the Wharton School of Business with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and a major in Accounting before joining Steve to assist in building the Firm. Mike is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants and is a member of the Sons of Italy and the St. Bede’s Men’s Club.
Rowland M. Smith III, CPA, CSEP, MST

Rowland Smith is the co-managing partner of the Firm and the partner-in-charge of the Tax team at Pressman Ciocca Smith. Rowland has developed his technical skills in tax planning and tax compliance for high net worth individuals and their businesses in a wide range of industries including auto dealerships, health care, law firms, manufacturing, nonprofit organizations, and wholesale & retail businesses.
Rowland graduated from St. Joseph’s University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting followed by a Master of Science in Taxation degree from Villanova University School of Law. Rowland then joined Pressman Ciocca Smith and contributed to the Firm’s recent twenty year growth spurt.
Rowland has been a guest lecturer in the graduate tax program at the Villanova University School of Law. He is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.
Rowland’s commitment to quality services is also reflected is his involvement in various professional and civic associations. After becoming an Eagle Scout at age 17, Rowland has continued his involvement in the Boy Scouts of America as a leader and volunteer. Currently, he is the District Chairman of the Playwicki District BSA, Scoutmaster (recently retired) of BSA Troop 280 in Holland, PA, Co-Audit Committee Chairman for the Bucks County Council BSA and a member of the BCC BSA Executive Committee.
Rowland truly believes that the Scouting Program celebrating its 100th anniversary this year in the United Sates is helping to develop good citizens and future leaders for our country.
