Steve has extensive experience in the cable TV, radio broadcasting, communications, manufacturing, wholesale, retail, nonprofit organizations, health care, farming, professional services, construction as well as other industries. He has provided creative ideas and solutions that enable our clients to strengthen their businesses.

After graduating from Temple University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Steve joined our firm and immediately became a catalyst in the rapid growth of the firm that occurred over the last twenty years. His areas of expertise include accounting and auditing, business and individual tax consulting and compliance, estate and personal financial planning, business valuations, litigation support, management consulting, negotiations, mergers, dispositions and acquisitions. We are fortunate that Steve is also experienced in both Private and Public Debt Offerings, due diligence engagements and other financial services.

Steve's commitment, seen in his business services, is also evident through his involvement in various professional and civic organizations. He is a member of both the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. Steve and his family have been active in supporting and participating in many nonprofit fund raising events including the annual Walk for Aids.

When Steve is not at the office, you might find him coaching one of his daughters' soccer teams, dropping them off at karate lessons, rooting for the Eagles, Flyers and Sixers, or playing basketball or tennis.
