Mike is the partner in-charge of the Accounting and Auditing Team at Pressman Ciocca Smith LLP. He has developed his technical skills in SEC audits, ERISA audits, business audits, internal audits, nonprofit organization audits, agreed upon procedure engagements, review and compilation engagements. We benefit from his many talents and our clients realize substantial benefits from following his expert advice. He is committed to providing proactive assistance helping clients understand and implement the many diverse and extremely technical rules and regulations issued by the SEC and the Financial Accounting Standards Board. Mike can customize our services and develop a plan to meet your specific requirements in a timely manner.

Mike has extensive experience in cable TV, radio broadcasting, communications, manufacturing, wholesale, retail, data conversion, golf courses, nonprofit organizations, health care, farming, professional services, construction as well as other industries. He has provided creative ideas and solutions that enable our clients to strengthen their businesses.

After graduating from the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, majoring in Accounting, Mike teamed up with Steve and Ernie and assisted in the rapid growth of our firm that occurred over the last twenty years. His areas of expertise include accounting and auditing, business consulting and compliance, fraud investigations, management consulting, mergers, dispositions and acquisitions. We are fortunate that Mike is also experienced in both Private and Public Debt Offerings, due diligence engagements and other financial services.

Mike's commitment seen in his business services is also evident through his involvement in various professional and civic organizations. He is a member of both the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. Mike and his family have been active in supporting and participating in many nonprofit fund raising events including the annual Muscular Dystrophy Fund Drive. He is also a member of the Sons of Italy and the St. Bede's Men's Club.

Mike is married and has two teenage daughters. Mike's interests are the Eagles, Flyers, Phillies, spending time with his family, playing tennis, playing golf, the theater and orchestra.
